MyPetLifestyle is committed to delivering your pet products quickly and safely. We ship to addresses within the United States and select international destinations.

Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays)
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with:
- Tracking number
- Link to track your package
- Estimated delivery date

- Countries with shipping restrictions
Delivery Information
Signature Requirements
- Orders over $100 may require a signature upon delivery
- If no one is available to sign, the carrier will leave a notice with pickup instructions
Delivery Issues
If you experience any delivery issues:
- Package not received: Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date
- Damaged package: Take photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Wrong address: Contact us immediately; additional shipping charges may apply
Shipping Restrictions

Holiday Shipping
During peak holiday seasons (November-December), please allow additional time for delivery:
- Standard shipping: Add 2-3 business days

Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it:
- Check with neighbors and building management
- Look for a delivery notice
- Contact the carrier with your tracking number
- If still not found, contact us within 7 days
