MyPetLifestyle is committed to delivering your pet products quickly and safely. We ship to addresses within the United States and select international destinations.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays)
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships

Delivery Information

Signature Requirements

  • Orders over $100 may require a signature upon delivery
  • If no one is available to sign, the carrier will leave a notice with pickup instructions

Delivery Issues

If you experience any delivery issues:

  • Package not received: Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date
  • Damaged package: Take photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Wrong address: Contact us immediately; additional shipping charges may apply

Shipping Restrictions

Holiday Shipping

During peak holiday seasons (November-December), please allow additional time for delivery:

  • Standard shipping: Add 2-3 business days
  • Express shipping: Add 1-2 business days

We recommend ordering early to ensure timely delivery for holidays.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it:

  1. Check with neighbors and building management
  2. Look for a delivery notice
  3. Contact the carrier with your tracking number
  4. If still not found, contact us within 7 days

We will work with the carrier to locate your package or provide a resolution.
